ANM Marketplace reserves the right to review, approve, suspend, or remove seller accounts and listings at its discretion.
5. Purchases & Payments
• All payments are processed through secure third-party providers
• Prices and availability are determined by sellers
• ANM Marketplace does not store full payment card data
We reserve the right to cancel or reverse transactions involving fraud, abuse, or system errors.
6. Digital Products & Software
For digital files and software products:
• All sales may be final unless stated otherwise
• Downloads are licensed, not sold
• Redistribution or unauthorized use is prohibited
Verified Business sellers may receive special platform designation.
7. Shipping & Local Delivery
Shipping and delivery times are estimates provided by sellers or delivery partners.
ANM Marketplace is not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Incorrect address information
• Delivery issues outside platform control
Additional terms may apply for local delivery services.
8. Returns & Refunds
Return and refund policies vary by seller.
Customers must review each seller’s policy before purchasing.
ANM Marketplace may assist with dispute mediation but does not guarantee refunds.
9. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
• Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
• Sell counterfeit or illegal goods
• Upload malicious software
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Abuse or disrupt platform services
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
10. Intellectual Property
